In the countryside of Monti Iblea the
olive groves are grown at an altitude of 400 meters
above sea level. The olives are hand picked and taken
to be cold pressed immediately. They are sorted by hand
and with the most careful respect for the quality of
the fruit. This organically certified
olive oil has a fruity aroma with
a peppery after taste perfect for salads, sauces and
marinades.
